  • Dealing with customer issues
  • Bookings – Ensure that bookings are completed and managed correctly and with great attention to detail.
  • Miscellaneous Items including Parking Management, Heating/Cooling controls, Waste Disposal, Fire Escapes, & Weekly Walkthroughs/inspections, Outside and Inside cleanliness..

The successful candidate will likely have the following:

  • Be comfortable dealing with large groups and operating to tight schedules with multiple groups over a busy (and exciting!) day.
  • Have experience dealing with and supervising staff.
  • Would suit someone with leisure/hotel or retail experience or qualification – someone used to multitasking and and used to process and procedures.
  • First Aid, Fire Certificate or other related qualifications are a bonus but can also be completed during working hours with us.
  • Proof of excellent customer service skills.
  • Most Importantly you must love making people happy and always have a friendly manner and outlook.

GoQuest is an enjoyable and buzzy working environment but requires adherence to procedures and processes in operational and health and safety matters.  If you enjoy working in a fun but busy environment then we’d love to hear from you.  We have expansion plans too so there will be opportunities for further career progress.
