GoQuest have a number of part time Customer Service Assistant or Activity Coordinator positions at GoQuest Carrickmines (working in both GoQuest Arena & GoQuest Junior). An Activity Coordinator is a key position at GoQuest as is the position that interacts most with our customers during their GoQuest experience. They will have the task of ensuring that all customers have a brilliant experience at GoQuest. Responsibilities include checking people in, answering queries, conducting briefings and ensuring that all customers have the best experience possible while playing in the arena. It will also include managing party groups and ensuring that younger groups adhere to the rules and regulations of GoQuest while still having an enjoyable time. The CSA must be comfortable in speaking to and managing groups of children and adults and controlling younger groups in a professional manner. GoQuest is a fun place to attend and work in but health and safety and general operational procedures are an essential part of this.
